Ellen, GREAT article. Thanks for recommending. This was just what I needed to read as I'm not sleeping because of anxiety over anticipated surgery!!!! C-section scheduled for January 10th! I woke up early this morning and COULD NOT STOP thinking about lying on the OR table. We'll be watching the national championship in the hospital. We have lots to look forward to that day!
