Linda G gave this to me
Randolph Caldecott's birthday was yesterday. My tech support was not at home all day yesterday. I didn't know how to get an image off the web and onto my blog. Tech support is home today and here is one of my favorite books that won the Caldecott award.

One of the Bond kids' favorites (and mine too) is "The Little Mouse, the Bear, and the Red Ripe Strawberry." It didn't win Caldecott but I think it won an illustrator's award. So much fun to read aloud! :)
Oops - it's "The Little Mouse, the Ripe Red Strawberry, and the Big Hungry Bear." :)
